I knew this day would eventually come but I never thought it would be here. I am truly at a loss and heart saddened evermore. My grandfather is gone, not ever forgotten but gone from this world. Although I am sad I do feel comforted in knowing that he's in the kingdom of heaven. He has taken his rightful place next to another angel, his wife, my grandmother. I take solace in the fact that they will continue to watch over us and and offer strength in times of need.
